About Living Energy Works Downloads
Living Energy Session downloads include MP3 tracks, an introduction page, the track sheet, and the workbook for the session. Each MP3 is mastered and encoded at 192kbps for the best quality sound reproduction at a manageable download size. The MP3 files will play on virtually any computer or portable audio device, including iPods.

For your convenience, multiple tracks are stored as separate MP3 files. All tracks and instructions are placed in a single ZIP file for easy downloading. Multi-track sessions range from 60 to 80MB in size. Because of this, we recommend only users with a broadband Internet connection to purchase MP3 downloads.

After checkout, you will be emailed a link to download your purchase. You may download the file for up to 5 days, after which your link will expire.
